I have been called unstable because I have a vision. How ironic. I have been called unstable because I choose to leave my home and travel to the unknown and foreign land by myself, and be inspired by the road.

People don’t have to understand the vision, but people really don’t need to judge. But most people judge because they are jealous of you, because most people are scared of change. Enjoy my commentary.

: not stable : not firm or fixed : not constant: as- It’s so hilarious because life is unfixed, life is constantly changing even if you choose to hold onto anything, you are constantly getting older, your body is always aging, you are either growing or digressing, pick what you may.

a : not steady in action or movement : irregular <an unstable pulse>- How ironic. Entrepreneurs are CONSTANTLY moving.

b : wavering in purpose or intent : vacillating- Entrepreneurs have 1 purpose, to figure out a better way of life, business, and lifestyle. They are searching for more, they are searching for truth, for a better and faster way to make more income in less time. Entrepreneurs survive in tough times BECAUSE they have a purpose.

c : lacking steadiness : apt to move, sway, or fall <an unstable tower> – Entrepreneurs are not SWAYED by peoples’ judgements, they survive even when their closest friends and family tell them unfathomable judgements.

If people think entrepreneurs are unstable, I mean, isn’t that just life? There are ups and downs, entrepreneurs simply learn to RIDE THE WAVE.

At least we learn to healthily express our emotions so that we can continue creating new ideas, new projects, new works of art, new innovations. We’re the freaks.

3 REASONS WHY ENTREPRENEURS ARE THE MOST STABLE PEOPLE:

1. When all hell breaks loose and a company has no money to pay their employees, entrepreneurs always have a job because they learn to monetize their talents and skills. They will always know how to make income, leave them on the streets, and they will sell something, whether its telling jokes or drawing cartoons on the street.

2. Entrepreneurs learn how to master themselves. They learn to grow with the times and gradually rise to the top…such as riding a wave, you ride it slowly, but steadily and before you know it, you’ve made it to the top of the game and guess what, nobody can bitch!

3. Since we’ve already been through eating ramen for breakfast and selling parts of our dignity to make it in our business, we know that little setbacks aren’t the ends of us. So when other people freak out about first world problems like how the Starbucks lady is super slow making their lattes, we are quietly thanking them because we remember when we couldn’t even afford a cup of coffee. Personally, I have been there, so now I am extra thankful for every gift and every dollar that I am given or make. So guess what, most of us are a lot more resilient and a lot more stable because we’re not going to bitch out on small things…..we’ve seen worse, we’ve been through hell. I know some people have had to make big sacrifices to pursue their dreams, but guess what, ride the waves, ride it and don’t give up…and one day you’ll look down and see that it was all worth it.

3 Reasons Why It’s Important To Become An Adult

It’s important to separate yourself from your parents. This seems obvious, but for some families, especially Asian ones, it is not always easy to do so because you are expected to act like babies your whole life, or to heed the advice of your parents until you become an adult – and this adult phase only happens because you’re married.

It’s important to become intellectual adults that make decisions for yourself at one point in your life, like now….would be great.

It is amazing that even after being self-employed and pretty much fully supported yourself for years, people still have so many opinions about how you should live your life. Don’t cave in, remember stay true to your vision. At one point, you need to cut the ties. It might seem cruel at first, because of course I have no idea how it is to be a parent…however, I know that control is control, there is no way of putting it nicely.

Here are 3 reason why it is important to become an adult:

Whatever your definition of adult is, here’s mine – someone who is capable of making their own decisions and who takes full responsibility for their own lives.

Reason #1: You can fully function in the world, choose what you want in life, and live the life you have always dreamed of. Remember those dreams you had about becoming a world class pilot? Remember those dreams you had about becoming an actress? Oh remember those dreams you had about helping people in need?

Oh right, it all got squashed because your parents wanted you to go to the school they attended, become the person they never became, work the job they never succeeded in. Okay, wow, that sucks.

Yah, don’t give in. Love comes from freedom, not control. Love frees us, it does not suffocate. And just because some relative lived a shit life, it doesn’t mean you will too. Learn from people who became successful, not people who failed at life because they didn’t take ownership of their life….how about all the entrepreneurs who failed miserably, but became great successes because they didn’t give UP?

Reason #2: No one likes a mama’s boy.

I’m sorry, no one likes a mama’s boy. No woman. And for woman, well, no one likes a spoiled lady either. It’s all nice and dandy when you’re 16, but when you are 36 and still calls your mom to ask how to use the washer, um, yah, not going to work for many. If you are looking to partner up and settle down, become an adult first.

Reason #3: Freedom

Freedom. If you are able to fend for yourself, without parents, without a partner, you can do anything in life. You can climb mountains in the jungles, hike up trails forbidden to mankind, and backpack in Europe for 4 months, why not? No one can say anything because well, you forgot to bring your phone and you actually don’t answer to anyone. And guess what, when you have reached the heights of goddesses, you have become like God, you are unique and an individual who doesn’t care about what people think.

This, is true greatness. And then you become attractive, you attract and inspire others who will in turn inspire you as well.

And I say all this, the day before I go off to Europe….do I have it all together, no…but I’ve made it to step 65 of 100, I think I’ve gone a far ways from 2 months ago. Life can be incredible if we make enough space for our dreams.

Living Your Personal Legend

As I sat outside in the patio taking in the night, I came across Oprah and Paulo Coelho’s interview. I watched it, and was intrigued. I had always heard about The Alchemist, but had never read it. A few days later, I found myself glancing at Oprah’s face in the news stands. You see, I have about 10 magazine subscriptions and always get them for free with my mileage points, so it made no sense to buy one magazine full price. But I remembered a story from my client about how she was totally broke and something in her told her to buy a magazine, in it was a job that got her into the industry she was supposed to be in. You see, she used what little she had and paid in faith. She was rewarded well for her faith. I always remember that story.

Anyways, I bought that Oprah magazine and went to eat lunch. At lunch I noticed yet again Oprah and Paulo Coelho’s interview. I read it. A few days later, I found myself wanting to go to Vroman’s and I bought that 25th anniversary edition. You see, in 1988 Paulo published The Alchemist, this was the year I was born. You might think it is all a coincidence, but I think not. You see when I read about the omens in the book, about how God sends us messages through people and omens, I knew that my life has always been that way. Everything in my life was orchestrated for me to live my Personal Legend, as The Alchemist describes.

You see, if life was simply about attaining wealth, learning to love and be loved by people, attaining things…it would be, well, so practical. Our lives are spiritual journeys into greater destinies and I see our lives as legends. You see, the reason movies are so captivating is because people in movies actually GO AFTER WHAT THEY WANT. You see a man who loves a woman, he chases after her despite continued rejection or obstacles. You see woman living their dreams, dancing on stages around the world. The heroes overcome the obstacles which prevent them from living their highest callings.

In real life, well, we often settle. How many of us are actually living our Personal Legends?

We overdose on alcohol, drugs, sedatives, food, media, useless articles and videos only to confuse our hearts. We refuse to face our hearts because we have disappointed ourselves for far too long. Perhaps you have decided to ignore the little voice within that tells you to make a move, to make a change…because change, can be uncomfortable.

Paulo experienced “one of the definining moments of his life: he walked the five hundred- plus mile Road of Santiago de Compostela in northwestern Spain. On this ancient highway, used for centuries by pilgrims from France to get to the cathedral said to house the remains of St. James, he achieved a self-awareness and a spiritual awakening that he later described in The Pilgrimage”

I believe that when we leave everything we know or are comfortable behind, something miraculous happens; actually in that personal spiritual awakening of love do we truly walk into the authentic destiny we were meant to walk.

You see I believe that whoever I have connected with, even by reading their book, I have now agreed to carry their torch. It’s been 25 years since this book has been written. Many spiritual and political leaders are aging and tiring out. It’s time for my generation of people (20’s and 30’s) to wake up. A few days ago, I had an Art Show and Party. I gave a very relaxed presentation reading of my ebook and 2 secrets of how to live your personal destiny. Someone mentioned that it should be called Ted Talk in the Living Room. I realized that I could deliver my message in any format I wanted to, in jeans, in shorts, in a t-shirt. I realized that I didn’t have to wear uptight dresses or have my makeup be perfect. Maybe my audience are actually people who want to be authentic in every way, completely themselves, no pretentiousness.

Sleeping In The Nude

I like to sleep in the nude.

I know, TMI (too much information). The reason I am unveiling this fact is because I am so overwhelmed by how much I manifested this year that I started formulating words in my mind while trying to sleep and well, I really have to get it out there.

2014 has been an incredible incredible year. 2014 marked 3 years of self-employment. I am about to unveil some pretty personal stories.

1. I finally believed and OWNED the fact that I am an amazing entrepreneur who overcame poverty mentality and LEARNED my worth. Everything I have learned in the last 3 years…was like, leading me to NOW. I learned that IT ALL STARTS IN THE MIND. You can’t manifest what you want, or even GO for it, if you don’t think you can achieve it or think that you DESERVE to achieve it. People think that STRIVING and working hard will get them to where they want. Actually, investing in your inner life will DO MUCH MORE than putting in more hours and more energy! OMG REVELATION people. I know…why do people teach the opposite?

2. In January, I started a mastermind of people...we meet at cafes and at home. It’s called KreativHaus (German for Creative House). It’s a bit underground, but will definitely develop!

3. I started teaching yoga and meditation in April and the PHENOMENAL results were astounding. The fact that I was able to bring together like minded people, help them heal and even create a transcendental spiritual community was groundbreaking for me. Watching these people talk and mingle….for an hour of their life, being completely detached from their phones was one of my proudest moments. It makes my heart feel alive and makes me want to cry.

4. In June I had this URGE To take a Comedy Improv Class. This led to the teacher asking me if I was interested in commercial acting. When I was in middle school, I remember feeling like I wanted to be an actress. A yelling drama teacher and a bad grade made me rethink my dream. HOLY CRAP, I gave up that easily….but the universe didn’t give up on me. I took a class and soon, got an offer to sign with a commercial acting agent. I was shocked how easy it was, so shocked that I started doubting myself….you see entrepreneurs doubt too, all the time, but anyways…

5. I broke up with my ex-boyfriend of 2.3 years. I wanted to get married around 30, but he was thinking 10 years more than 30. This was conflicting and I decided that it was best for us to separate. Was it easy? No, hell no. I’m still recovering, but I see life as an upgrade…I also see dating like interviewing for a suitable job. No one is wrong, it’s just not the right job, just not the right person and that’s okay!

6. After going to a lecture about time travel, I decided to ask myself “WHAT DO I REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT?” – times 10. I was afraid to reveal this, but ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TRAVEL. I realized I was being hypocritical by teaching “How To Make Money Doing What You Love” workshops and not traveling while making income….if I taught that you could really make money doing what you love, I needed to make money traveling. So there, I didn’t know how it was going to happen, but I needed to honor my heart.

I booked a flight to London a month ago and have decided to backpack in Europe until December 2. I’ll be there from September 24-December 2. To Ignore Your Dreams Is to Ignore the God In You

To ignore you dreams is to ignore the very divine being that you are.

Lately I have been thinking about why it bothers me so much that my very own family members are “worried” about me when I’m pursuing my dreams and living a life of freedom. I realized that many have been disappointed in life, perhaps they have unfulfilled dreams themselves. At first I tried to ignore it, but now I see that you simply have to move forward, move on without peoples’ approvals. You see, some people will never understand you completely and that’s okay.

The first rule of life is to be authentic. You must be authentic at your core, to lie to yourself, well that’s the easiest thing isn’t it? We often lie to ourselves and that’s called “self-deception”. We deceive ourselves to believe that what others want for us is actually what we REALLY want. Getting down to our core desire is something sacred, it’s a divine gift. Many avoid asking themselves this question “what do I really want?”

Why?

They believe that they don’t really know what’s best for themselves.

They believe that others know better.

They don’t want to confront what the have to DO to get to where they want to be.

Life is already comfortable, why change course?

I said I wanted to be RAW and REAL with my readers. I’ve sold 1 copy of my ebook so far, to my friend who I texted the link to. I can very well be discouraged, or continue to be, or I can say “wow, I sold 1, I’m so proud of myself. This is the first thing ever that I’ve AUTOMATED in my business! BRAVO!”. It’s 6:00am and I’m sitting on my bed, I couldn’t sleep because these words kept popping up in my head. This is a compulsion, an addiction, getting these words out to you.

In less than a month, I’ll be on a plane to England. I challenged myself to live what I teach. Make money doing what I love, that is…at this point in my life “TRAVEL”. I thought that I had to achieve a certain number of sales in my real estate career so that I could really travel, but now I see that I was using that as an excuse not to go ahead and live my dreams. You see, that’s the same thing as saying “I have to work a 9 to 5” to travel. I believe that you can travel and work at the same time.

I‘ve taken the necessary steps to set myself in motion for TRAVEL/WORK:

1. Started teaching LIVE workshops: How To Make Money Doing What You Love and Change Your Mind, Change Your Life (September 6, please register, this is going to be a life changing workshop). I plan to teach these workshops in Europe while I am traveling. This will position myself as an international speaker and also spread the word about my brand and ebook.

2. Hired a virtual assistant and a personal assistant (for when I’m still in Los Angeles) – My personal assistant helps me take photos of items I upload onto Ebay and is going to upload all of my business cards so I can declutter and become completely digital. Virtual assistant will help me ship US e-commerce sales. I am planning on drop-shipping with a few companies in LA and also bringing merchandise to Europe to list and sell to the Europe market. In case you are wondering what I sell, I sell jewelry and clothes online through various outlets such as Ebay.

3. Paperless settings on all my bills – so that I don’t have to be present to open my mail.

4. Stop car insurance for when I’m gone- you actually save a lot of money when you travel. Believe me. Just to let you know, I’ll be saving about $280 just on insurance. I could use that $280 to eat and sleep! Simple google DMV and make sure your car is in the right status.

5. Got rid of junk- decluttered, donated, gave away, sold whatever I could.

It feels pretty amazing to fly and to take the weight (physical and material weight) off my shoulders. BRAVO.

My work position is lying on my couch with my legs over the arm of the couch.

1. Work backwards-

Always work backwards. When I have an idea, I usually won’t follow through unless I give myself a set deadline, buy the flight ticket, set my intention into motion. I see the end result in my minds’ eye, I see myself in it…I guess it helps that I am an artist so imagining something is not difficult for me. I have always had a vivid imagination. When I was young, I often imagined myself jumping on things like a little mario character, I imagined I could fly. Well, due to gravity, that hasn’t happened yet, but I do often fly on planes and I love it!

It’s funny because after 3 years of trial and error, lots of shed tears, anxiety, stress at times and ups and downs, I’ve finally mastered the art of BYOB (being my own boss). There is definitely a personal formula….number 1 is to work backwards.

For my last workshop, I designed the flier and set the date before I even found a venue. I put my dreams into motion by emailing sponsors to donate gift bag items, I had a number in mind and well, there weren’t as many people as I would have hoped, but I know they were the ones that were supposed to be there.

KEY: Don’t wait until you have perfected it, just do it and you’ll do it better next time.

2. Talk About It-

Talk about it constantly, talk about it as if you ARE doing it. When people get excited for you, you will feel encouraged and start embodying your dreams and goals. Of course, don’t feed your dreams to pigs, some people just don’t appreciate a weird dreamer.

3. Fill In The Details-

Once you have the date, fill in the details….what do you need to do to get there? What needs to happen step by step? Write a list and start tackling them.

4. Research How Others Have Done It-

Anything you’ve ever wanted to do, someone else has already gone before you. Why try to brainstorm a million things when you can simply google and find #hacks which is super popular these days…from #lifehack to #workhack to #travelhack.

5. Treat Yourself Like You’ve Already Accomplished It – You really have to be a little psychotic to achieve your goals. For example a few months ago, well, actually ever since I had this wall decal of Paris on my wall, I’ve been antsy to travel again. I exit the United States once a year just to breathe a little and to expand my personal well-being.

I met this amazing author, writer of Remember The Future: How Steve Jobs Used Time Travel To Think Different. Under his inspiration of wanting to go to Italy to create a film in 2 months, I then was like WHAT THE FUCK am I doing in LA? I need to travel again!

I must have talked about the trip at least 3 times a day. My obsession became so ridiculous that I prayed “I want to go travel so bad that I know it will happen”. I’m scary when I’m obsessed. I’m really really scary. I go into google mode and pound that keyboard with tenacity. I can be on this thing for hours just googling my eyes away….well research and enough asking, I found a cheap one way.

So now that I’m at step 200, the pieces are slowly falling into place. In fact, because I was like- I’m going and I don’t care if I go with however much money, I will go and I will go. I will DO whatever it takes….and that my friends, that’s obsession. Alas, because of my obsession, soon after I made that statement, more income started coming my way in ways that I had not expected. I know that the universe is watching how I take care of myself, am I hard on myself or do I give myself a pat on the back? You see, you need to celebrate and treat yourself like you’ve already accomplished it….this allows a flow of positive and easy energy versus the energy of anxiety and striving. With ease, your goals can be reached. In fact, all things will rush to you to supply your every need.

That is why I want to start logging my hours for work….starting tomorrow. I want to show you how you can work A LOT less and maximize your time for HIGHER income.
