This past weekend I got to speak at the California Federation Professional and Business Women’s state conference. I got to room with Crystal, who is a heart disease survivor. Her heart is on the right, yah no kidding. She’s had 8 open heart surgeries and she is one of the most AMAZING AND STRONG WOMAN I KNOW!!! IT was a serious blessing to room with her. We even got to dance at Kbar. She gave me a mexican candy PIKA PIKA (see me eating it above). Then you’ll see a photo of us with our awards. Let’s say we had loads of fun and got to speak to a room full of women who needed motivation.

Nothing is real save love. Nothing matters but love.
I’ve walked everywhere for one week now, no use of my car. It’s allowed me to reach some spiritual awakenings in my soul.
‘Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.’
Here goes:
There is no lack, but perceived lack. Nothing is real outside of what is within our consciousness. Anything that desires to be manifest will be manifest in its due time. Any areas of strivings are evidence that you do not know you have 100% power within you as long as you know you are complete in God, as God has redeemed you…as long as you have received the free gift of completion.
Since you are 100% complete and whole, and in your inner reality, there are actually no lack, no problems…since these external concerns are simply deviations from self love or the knowledge that you are loved.
What is real is who you are on the inside. Until you come to see that you are creator of your life, you will keep striving for that which you think you lack within. All progress starts from within.
When you receive perfect love from God- in the eyes of God you become pure, perfect; there is no lack. Thus, we are all remembering who we already are in the future. There is no time in the I AM. You are who you are, there is no time, we live forever…our spirits are eternal beings. Our bodies are simply temporary dwellings which our spirits live in.
Any perceived problems, lack, relational conflicts, divorce, breakups, heart breaks are our hearts telling us “things are supposed to be beautiful, eternal, things are supposed to last”.
Our lives are like spirals, there are perceived backwardness, such as losing our careers, relationships, people, but these are necessary seasons just as winter is necessary for summer to come later.
When people accuse you of not giving them love, it is often because they do not acknowledge love is within them and waiting to be received. People also treat you as they treat themselves. If they judge you, they judge themselves harshly. If they demean you, they demean themselves in their own lives. Now you say that people have hurt you, but if we start to see that people act out of their perceived lack (not knowing that love is realized in their consciousness first), you are then not responsible for how they feel.
Your worth does not come from whether people approve or love you. Love is complete within you, so whether someone likes you or not does not affect how you feel. You are devoid of ego, only spirit.
This is intense stuff but I hope you gained something from this blog post.
When I was 14, I looked around me and didn’t really see anyone living an extraodinary life. I needed examples of heroes. But then I felt like most people lived in fear.
If I told my 14 year self that I would end up acting, writing a book, backpacking through the world, going to a black church, becoming a star, well, I think I would have believed it. It’s just I got caught up in a lie for awhile, and thought I wasn’t successful enough. I felt like I had to get my shit together ASAP or else I would die an unhappy woman.
I went to ten thousand weddings growing up and I would snore through most of them.
I would wake up for the food and get really excited about dancing.
I’ve come full circle to the beginning of what I’ve always wanted. For a few years I accumulated a lot of stuff, clothes, I was selling stuff on ebay, but then everything became a product I could sell. I was super savvy, I shopped at thrift stores and found great deals….but I also kept a lot of things I didn’t need to keep.
The point is, I hustled in my entrepreneurial years, but I didn’t live in grace. I thought I was living in grace, but I wasn’t. I was still living under the world’s system of worshipping “money” and “stability”.
I’ve realized that life is FAR VASTER than pieces of cardboard and paper. If you didn’t know already, America has worshipped money for a long time. In fact, someone invented “credit scores” as a way to lock people into fear. The way of divine love has UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES.
The last few months, I saw that ANYTHING can manifest and a lot of times without you receiving the “paper” to do it. A lot of people end up working jobs they hate or choosing a career path because they think they need a certain amount of money to give them happiness. My question is, what do you want to do with that money?
You have to know how you want to live your life first, what are you passionate about???
Don’t even think or worry about pieces of cardboard.
My everyday choice to follow my heart has led me around the world.
Who knew I’d end up in Australia for a month in 2011, Ecuador and Brazil in 2012, Taiwan in 2013, Barcelona, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Naples, Rome, Florence in 2014, and this year Hawaii…..before I was in Japan, China…etc. I’ve met incredible friends, life-long friends. I’m doing what I love now.
I don’t think about whether something I do will reap the “papers”, I am freed from the monetary system of fear.
The way of divine love has UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES.
LET GO OF HOW and YOU’LL DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN EVER OR COULD HAVE NEVER DREAMT OF!
Living in divine agenda is very easy. The first thing is to listen, to ask, to listen.
I create my life everyday based on what I hear. I spend an hour meditating everyday, minimum. These are questions I ask:
“What should I focus on today, what is the divine agenda today?” I try not to wake up with urgencies or the rush to get to something because that derives from fear. Today I hear “focus on yourself” and focus on writing. Why is my life method so different from other people and other life coaches? Because I know that the “ambitious just get it done” life is not blissful, it’s based on duty. I choose to follow my bliss and where there is pleasure, there is profit. Where there is ease, there is life.
I choose very carefully how I spend my time and with who.
As an enlightened highly conscious human being, people try to vent to me. I ask them to consider booking coaching sessions with me. Unless you have entered into my inner circle, I don’t allow you to throw garbage at me, that is part of being a focus, conscious person. If I am running around listening to peoples’ crap all day, I will not have energy to do the divine agenda of the day….and it’s the divine agenda that is most important because THAT is what I will reap from and that will benefit people the most. It’s a win win.
But most people have a hard time saying “no”. That is why you need a divine plan for 2015.
1. First thing is to know your vision.
My vision is to BE, BE authentic to myself and to empower others to live their authentic truth.
2. Second thing is to target your priorities for 2015.
a. My first priority is to nurture my heart and listen to my inner beauty and health
b. Nurture and feed my inner circle and be nurtured by them- remember people who are in your inner circle understand boundaries and also honor your heart, they aren’t judgmental but also tell you the truth to improve your being.
As a direct correlation to a-c, profit flows freely and easily.
3. Live each day according to number 1, vision and 2, what your priorities are.
When an activity or a friend calls, ask yourself if it aligns with your current state of beauty and health. If you need time to recuperate or to be, say no. If you feel a divine push to go, there may be a divine encounter to be had. Have complete and utter focus but also allow yourself to have fun, because remember there is no profit where there are no pleasures to be had.
You ask, that’s not a business plan….yes, well it’s my business plan. I’ve been an entrepreneur my whole life and I can say that I’ve finally honed my inner knowing. I know when I’m too exhausted to entertain guests, I know when I’m ready to take over a dance floor, I know when my heart is crying for relaxation or adventure. I follow my bliss, but I’m also highly disciplined.

HOLA! 2015 is coming and in my “let’s just get over December, get over this resting period” I was struck with a reminder that I needed to be thankful for the little and big victories of 2014. I encourage you to LIST OUT the major highlights of your year (per month)…not what others may find significant, but what is close to your heart. This will reveal your passion and what truly lights you up.
In 2014, I got out of a long term relationship. I put it out there because I want to be real with you. A few highlights:
Jan-May: Took a German class, super intensive, got to know a DJ and a cool gal. Started writing for San Gabriel Valley Journal/Monterey Park Journal. This was a 9 month ordeal, every month I wrote about my revelations of life, relationships and love.
Jan: Started a group called Kreativehaus, an organic community
March: Flew to Orlando for a Wealth Conference, was struck with realizations about my life and relationships, then ended my relationship which was 2.3 years.
May: Gave my first super long seminar to high school students and youths as well as a seminar at my real estate company. Beginning of speaking more! Took a 3 day solitude retreat to Big Bear, here I was struck with epiphanies on how I was to live life in faith and love.
Between April- July: Started teaching Yoga and Meditation, created a community of people who longed for relaxation, connection with self and connection with the universe. I started taking a COMEDY IMPROV CLASS, in class, the teacher suggested I do commercial acting and this was in line with that desire to act. I signed up and got an acting agent right away. Blessed, totally.
Went to a hollywood acting seminar, ended up listening to Christopher Pratt talk about Steve Jobs and how he manifested his reality and time traveled to his own desired destination. This is called Reality Bending. I decided I was going to Europe at the end of the year, didn’t know how, didn’t have enough funds, but was going to do it.
August: Held my first self- made Entrepreneur Workshop on how to make money doing what you love. Realized it was WAY too much work to host on my own. But I realized that I love teaching people to live a better life.
September- December: September 24 I flew to London (yes by myself) to begin 2 months of who knows what. I banked my journey on the belief that the universe would take care of me. Look, my life is totally NOT perfect. I struggle so much sometimes, people don’t see it, I cry 3 out of 7 days for a month sometimes….probably buckets of tears. For this trip, I decided to cut family ties so I could be a TRUE independent and not even rely on my mom for EMOTIONAL SUPPORT.
On this trip, I went to London for 1.6 weeks, Amsterdam for 2 days (where I got SUPER sick), Berlin for 10 days, Prague for 10 days or more, Florence, Rome, Naples, Paris, Barcelona. My biggest lessons learn: Learn to TRUST God, learn to TRUST yourself, LET GO, and TRUST.
December: December 12 I officially signed on with Howard Talent West agency for Commercial Acting and Print. At an interview with a casting director, she suggested I should start my own show, so I finally started THE BEX SHOW (conversations about love, life and work)! My agent and I below!
And of course, I did real estate, and it doubled from last year, though I became a lease manager later on so that I was less hands on. I realized I needed to pursue what made me come alive and that if I did ANYTHING for the money, it would drain my heart. So I’m pursuing my middle school dream now and I intend to complete every dream I’ve had since I was a child.
Obviously, I also had SOME REALLY significant friendships throughout 2014. MAJOR.
Things I learned this year:
1. Learn to trust your heart
2. True freedom comes from setting boundaries and cutting soul ties from people you are co-dependent on (including parents, people!!!)
3. Smell the roses because you are always HERE AND NOW, never in the past, never in the future. And whenever POSSIBLE, PLEASE DANCE and celebrate YOU!
4. Love and treat yourself well, because this sets an example of how people should treat you.
5. Ask and Ask and Ask, and if they don’t give you what you want, it’s time to move on (whoever it is, a partner, a boss, etc).
6. Friends aren’t forever, learn to move on so you can meet friends that are on your level.
7. Don’t let people determine your worth based on what you’ve earned in $ signs- you are worthy no matter what. But also true accomplishment comes from feeling fulfilled, knowing that you are contributing to others and doing something that fulfills your heart and passion. I can honestly say that as an entrepreneur, I often feel depleted and feel like less than who I really am, but you have to pat yourself on the back..
The question is – did you take risks? Did you take lots of calculated risks and put yourself out there so you could potentially reach your goals? Then that’s all that matters. Every risk you take is planting seeds for your dreams to sprout into a big giant tree. Your friends and family might not see it yet and because of that, they criticize you or judge you, but just let them know that a bamboo takes 5 years to show ANY signs of GROWTH above the SOIL!
At the end of the day, you know that if you took risks, you took it because you know you are worth it.
I’m so proud of you, we’ve come a far ways, but we’ve also grown internally and how we see ourselves is everything.
Thus, my resolution for 2015, to be true to myself.
Ask yourself “what do I want?” instead of “what should I do?”
Set your alarm for 30 minutes of meditation everyday to receive divine truth and to let your mind wander.
Let yourself imagine your highest self and what you would be doing.
As silly as it might look or sound.
Do the unimaginable, shut out naysayers and choose to release emotional leeches from your life,
or people who carry a spirit of control.
Choose to jump in, all in and when you need something, say out loud “I accept that I don’t know HOW it will come about, but I release control and receive however, whenever this shall come to pass”.
When you feel the tension build up in your body, release all and breathe in deeply, out slowly.
Trust that all things work out for good.
Trust and in liberty, you shall love truly.
We’re not aiming for perfection, just simplicity, just a clarified mind. And when doubts set in, affirm out loud that which is true “I’m alive and well, I’m breathing and passionate”.
Most of all, let go, surrender and ask for wisdom. Not all doors are meant to be opened, ask for the right doors to open.
Enjoy life. Love and take risks. It’s going to be okay, it’s going to be fun, it’s going to go.
The past is over, focus on now, focus on who you really are. Love out loud.

I know, TMI (too much information). The reason I am unveiling this fact is because I am so overwhelmed by how much I manifested this year that I started formulating words in my mind while trying to sleep and well, I really have to get it out there.
2014 has been an incredible incredible year. 2014 marked 3 years of self-employment. I am about to unveil some pretty personal stories.
2014
1. I finally believed and OWNED the fact that I am an amazing entrepreneur who overcame poverty mentality and LEARNED my worth. Everything I have learned in the last 3 years…was like, leading me to NOW. I learned that IT ALL STARTS IN THE MIND. You can’t manifest what you want, or even GO for it, if you don’t think you can achieve it or think that you DESERVE to achieve it. People think that STRIVING and working hard will get them to where they want. Actually, investing in your inner life will DO MUCH MORE than putting in more hours and more energy! OMG REVELATION people. I know…why do people teach the opposite?
2. In January, I started a mastermind of people...we meet at cafes and at home. It’s called KreativHaus (German for Creative House). It’s a bit underground, but will definitely develop!
3. I started teaching yoga and meditation in April and the PHENOMENAL results were astounding. The fact that I was able to bring together like minded people, help them heal and even create a transcendental spiritual community was groundbreaking for me. Watching these people talk and mingle….for an hour of their life, being completely detached from their phones was one of my proudest moments. It makes my heart feel alive and makes me want to cry.
4. In June I had this URGE To take a Comedy Improv Class. This led to the teacher asking me if I was interested in commercial acting. When I was in middle school, I remember feeling like I wanted to be an actress. A yelling drama teacher and a bad grade made me rethink my dream. HOLY CRAP, I gave up that easily….but the universe didn’t give up on me. I took a class and soon, got an offer to sign with a commercial acting agent. I was shocked how easy it was, so shocked that I started doubting myself….you see entrepreneurs doubt too, all the time, but anyways…
5. I broke up with my ex-boyfriend of 2.3 years. I wanted to get married around 30, but he was thinking 10 years more than 30. This was conflicting and I decided that it was best for us to separate. Was it easy? No, hell no. I’m still recovering, but I see life as an upgrade…I also see dating like interviewing for a suitable job. No one is wrong, it’s just not the right job, just not the right person and that’s okay!
6. After going to a lecture about time travel, I decided to ask myself “WHAT DO I REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT?” – times 10. I was afraid to reveal this, but ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TRAVEL. I realized I was being hypocritical by teaching “How To Make Money Doing What You Love” workshops and not traveling while making income….if I taught that you could really make money doing what you love, I needed to make money traveling. So there, I didn’t know how it was going to happen, but I needed to honor my heart.
I booked a flight to London a month ago and have decided to backpack in Europe until December 2. I’ll be there from September 24-December 2. To ignore you dreams is to ignore the very divine being that you are.
Lately I have been thinking about why it bothers me so much that my very own family members are “worried” about me when I’m pursuing my dreams and living a life of freedom. I realized that many have been disappointed in life, perhaps they have unfulfilled dreams themselves. At first I tried to ignore it, but now I see that you simply have to move forward, move on without peoples’ approvals. You see, some people will never understand you completely and that’s okay.
The first rule of life is to be authentic. You must be authentic at your core, to lie to yourself, well that’s the easiest thing isn’t it? We often lie to ourselves and that’s called “self-deception”. We deceive ourselves to believe that what others want for us is actually what we REALLY want. Getting down to our core desire is something sacred, it’s a divine gift. Many avoid asking themselves this question “what do I really want?”
Why?
They believe that they don’t really know what’s best for themselves.
They believe that others know better.
They don’t want to confront what the have to DO to get to where they want to be.
It’s 6:00am and I’m sitting on my bed, I couldn’t sleep because these words kept popping up in my head. This is a compulsion, an addiction, getting these words out to you.
I‘ve taken the necessary steps to set myself in motion for TRAVEL/WORK:
1. Started teaching LIVE workshops: How To Make Money Doing What You Love and Change Your Mind, Change Your Life (September 6, please register, this is going to be a life changing workshop). I plan to teach these workshops in Europe while I am traveling. This will position myself as an international speaker and also spread the word about my brand and ebook.
2. Hired a virtual assistant and a personal assistant (for when I’m still in Los Angeles) – My personal assistant helps me take photos of items I upload onto Ebay and is going to upload all of my business cards so I can declutter and become completely digital. Virtual assistant will help me ship US e-commerce sales. I am planning on drop-shipping with a few companies in LA and also bringing merchandise to Europe to list and sell to the Europe market. In case you are wondering what I sell, I sell jewelry and clothes online through various outlets such as Ebay.
3. Paperless settings on all my bills – so that I don’t have to be present to open my mail.
4. Stop car insurance for when I’m gone- you actually save a lot of money when you travel. Believe me. Just to let you know, I’ll be saving about $280 just on insurance. I could use that $280 to eat and sleep! Simple google DMV and make sure your car is in the right status.
5. Got rid of junk- decluttered, donated, gave away, sold whatever I could.
It feels pretty amazing to fly and to take the weight (physical and material weight) off my shoulders. BRAVO.
1. Writing for a newspaper- oh yes, and I write about what I’m interested in, such as interracial relationships, travel, and while I’m on this trip, I’ll be submitting articles for my monthly column…oh yes I do get paid for it.
